Facilitators

Our global network of facilitators is fully trained to deliver ProfitAbility simulations. Each undergoes a rigorous accreditation process. Typically our facilitators have a background in business and finance training, and many are ex-clients, having been inspired as participants in our simulations. A key emphasis of facilitator training is on observational skills, interpersonal sensitivity and the art of motivation. All our facilitators are expert at creating a safe, positive and inspiring learning environment for each and every simulation. They understand each client and group has its own needs and have the knowledge and experience to deliver the agreed outcomes.
