Corporate ProfitAbility is a business simulation run over two days. It builds on the business essentials of Enterprise ProfitAbility and then goes on to explore, through experiential learning, the drivers of Shareholder Value. Links are made to your real business situation, and each participant generates and leaves with a personal action plan to improve cash flow, profit and create Value.
