The experience teaches the behaviours needed to drive profit in a restaurant and build business understanding.
The 1-day simulation shows restaurant managers how their behaviour affects costs, revenues, customer service and the bottom line, and how they can manage for better results in each one of them.
The simulation brings to life the practicalities of running a restaurant while focusing the participants attention on the profit impact of everything they do.
Participants will try to outperform other teams by creating the most profit from a simulated breakfast and lunch. Teams make all the decisions in setting up and executing two breakfast services in a simulated kitchen.
| During the first service they learn the impact on profit of: • Scheduling • Training • Multiskilling • Productivity |
During the second service they learn to improve profit by:
• Menu planning • Supplier management • Controlling waste |
This business simulation is for ALL employees seeking to understand and drive the behaviours behind good cost and profit management.
