Frequently Asked Questions

What is an Experience Workshop?

One day Experience Workshops are held regularly in the UK and US markets, and by our partners in other geographic locations. They allow decision-makers (preferably accompanied by potential participants) to experience a dynamic, compressed timescale, competitive, resource intensive and business centric programme.

You will be able to assess our approach, along with peers from a range of other businesses, and examine the range of modules available - or begin to plan the design of one for your specific organisation or team.

How can I experience a ProfitAbility simulation first hand?

Just call us! Come and see one of our programmes in action. Once we understand your business need, we can organise an in-house demonstration / workshop. Subject to resource availability, we are happy to run this for you at cost, and then refund the cost of the demo day off the price of the final programme.

You can register online to attend a free Experience Workshop.

Why do you run mainly classroom based simulations?

Experience counts. It is the most efficient use of time and resources for the rapid adoption and retention of skills and knowledge when individuals are able to simulate real time business operations within the safe confines of their organisation and peers.

Well-crafted self-paced eLearning modules use good learning design and gamification principles, are engaging and have relevant content. Perfect when budget and logistical restraints dictate distance learning.

However - nothing compares with real life experience to accelerate the learning and make it stick. Interaction with peers, people working alongside and challenging one another, creates the best, richest, most energetic learning environment.
What is experiential learning

We use in-house trainers and coaches. Can they be certified to deliver ProfitAbility simulations?

Yes. We offer full training, accreditation, logistics and support to all in-house trainers to ensure the best participant experience at all times.

Does ProfitAbility deliver computer-based training?

Yes, however it is tightly coupled to our experiential learning modules.

Several ProfitAbility solutions use computers to support learning and classroom-based courses.
More Information

If you require pre-or post-course learning and support our continuously evolving e-learning solutions will enhance the power of our classroom based modules.
