Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while also selling PBS products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in both client management and sales, as well as a strong understanding of the L&D function and the value of game-base learning in corporate training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.

  3. Work with clients to identify their learning needs and propose tailored solutions.

  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized products and services to meet client needs.

  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments corporate training to provide knowledgeable advice and solutions to clients.

  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and delivery process.

  7. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospective clients.

  8. Track and report on sales activities, goals, and results.


  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management and sales.

  2. Knowledge and experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and Game-Based Learning (GBL) is highly desired.

  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present to clients and collaborate with internal teams.

  4. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
