Job Summary: We are seeking an entrepreneurial, self-starting Business Development Manager to grow our client base in the exciting world of serious games. We are looking for someone who is a proven B2B salesperson, is commission hungry and prepared to travel regularly to build relationships with some of the world's leaning organisations.
Key Responsibilities:

Create strategies to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships and new products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Continually look for, and pursue, further opportunities to help our clients innovate their training programmes using experiential learning games.

Represent the business at industry events and conferences to build relationships, and stay-up-to-date with new trends.

Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in Salesforce.

Expectation to be in our Oxford office 2 days per week for the first 6 months.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales / business development, or in complex sales.

Proven ability to exceed sales targets.

Strong commercial acumen/consultancy skills.

Growth mindset and curiosity to learn/improve.

Outstanding written and verbal communication.

Digital savvy i.e. confident with video conferencing tools, MS Office, CRMs etc.
