Job Summary: ProfitAbility Business Simulations is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to support our business operations and ensure our day-to-day activities run smoothly. As our Operational Manager, you will work closely with our executive team and other stakeholders to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience. You will oversee various functions, including finance, procurement, logistics, and facilities management, and be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Oversee various functions, including finance, procurement, logistics, and facilities management.

3. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.

4. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure operational plans are integrated with other company initiatives.

5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

8. Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational objectives and provide exceptional customer service.

9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of operations management principles and best practices.

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

5. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change effectively.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software.

9. Experience in the business simulation industry is a plus.
