We have regional offices in Canada, the US and Malaysia.

Our headquarters are in Oxfordshire in the UK. Located on a farm, our converted barn provides a great base for our team with amazing scenic views for lunchtime walks and it’s conveniently within 5 minutes of a wonderful local pub!

Speculative Application


We are always on the look out for people who are as passionate about game-based learning as we are. 

We take a different approach to hiring…

At PBS, it is important to us that any new hires are not only skilled for the role but that they will also be a good fit for our team aligned to our core values.

We find that a more informal process allows us to get to know you better whilst giving you the opportunity to see if you like what we do and whether we’re the right fit for you.

First Stage

An informal chat with one of the team, held in person or virtually.

This conversation will usually last between 20-30 mins, and is an opportunity for us to find out more about you, your relevant experience and the chance for you to ask any questions about the role or company.

Second Stage

Now this is where things are a bit more ‘unconventional’!

We’ll invite you to one of our virtual games, where you’ll be playing with other shortlisted candidates. This way, you’ll have the opportunity to really understand what we do and you’ll have an opportunity to meet the whole team.
